My Journey
I have been with the company since 2013.
My professional career began with training as a Management Assistant.
After several years, I assumed team leadership in Product Management and was able to support many exciting projects.
In 2022, I decided to pursue further education and additionally obtained my trainer certification in the commercial sector.
The birth of my child marked a new chapter in my life. Following my parental leave, I have been part of the company again since the end of 2025. In order to optimally balance family and career, I now work part-time as Executive Assistant.
I particularly value the opportunity to organize my work independently while simultaneously contributing my experience and expertise across teams in various projects.
What does day-to-day collaboration look like?
For me, collaboration on equal footing is particularly important. Everyone has the opportunity to contribute their own ideas or to openly address concerns.
Naturally, differing opinions are sometimes part of the process – but it is precisely from these that the best solutions emerge. Through regular exchange within the team and the opportunity to assume responsibility, everyone can develop both personally and professionally.
I particularly value the diversity of my daily work, from projects to organizational tasks and appointment management to planning company events – everything is included. It is precisely this variety that makes my work exciting and ensures that no two days are alike.
The flexible working conditions through home office and flextime enable me to balance family and career well and create the necessary flexibility in everyday life.
What do you particularly value about your work?
I particularly value the flexibility offered to me through the home office. Especially as a mother, I know how valuable these opportunities are in order to bring professional and private everyday life into harmony.
Equally important to me is how we interact with one another in the team. We spend a large part of our everyday life together, and I find it valuable when we support each other, remain open to new ideas, and appreciate different perspectives.
Despite the relaxed and appreciative atmosphere, high-quality work is expected. At the same time, the following applies with us: If one requires support or is at a loss, it is always a matter of course to accept help and to find solutions together.
